UNIS is seeking an Inventory Control Associate in Roanoke, TX, offering a Full-Time role with a $18.00/hour rate. The position focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting audit readiness, and collaborating across Receiving, Shipping, and Operations teams in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and organized, with experience in inventory control processes and WMS usage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; logistics, supply chain, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory control processes, cycle counting, and warehouse management systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliation activities to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies using WMS tools, RF scanners, and reporting systems.
• Process inventory adjustments and maintain accurate documentation to support audit readiness.
• Partner with Receiving, Shipping, and Operations teams to identify root causes and prevent inventory errors.
• Support physical inventories, customer audits, and inventory-related reporting requirements.
• Leverage technology and AI-enabled tools to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
