Job summary

ID Logistics US in Ocala, Florida, is hiring a cycle counter to maintain accurate inventory levels and reconciliations. Daily cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, returns processing, and documentation are core duties. The role supports physical inventories, upholds GMPs, and ensures safety and sanitation standards.

Eligible for standard benefits and 401K with matching. Location is on-site in Ocala, with a 5:30 AM–4:00 PM schedule from Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of inventory management procedures and warehouse terminology.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and Excel/spreadsheets.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• This position requires attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts daily as assigned.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and determine root cause.
• Process returned shipments and classify quality.
• Ensure all paperwork is signed off and filed.
• Support physical inventories and verify inventory integrity.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards where applicable.
• Follow GMPs and report noncompliance when observed.
