ID Logistics US in Ocala, Florida is seeking a cycle counter to support site operations by maintaining accurate inventory levels and records. The role requires daily cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, and proper documentation, with responsibility for damaged or obsolete stock disposition.

You will also assist during inventories, locate items in the system, and ensure GMP, safety, and sanitation standards are followed.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of inventory management procedures and warehouse terminology.
• Experience with inventory control systems and spreadsheets is important.
• Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts and maintain accurate records.
• Investigate discrepancies and determine root causes.
• Move slow-moving or obsolete inventory as requested.
• Process returned shipments and assess quality.
• Ensure proper documentation is signed and filed.
• Participate in physical inventories and coaching.
• Locate products in the system and correct discrepancies.
• Identify unique inventory occurrences and correct them.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Follow GMP and report noncompliance when observed.
• Observe safety rules and assist in enforcement.
