Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to maintain accurate inventory records and support the Inventory Control Manager. You will perform cycle counts, reconciliations, and process documentation to ensure timely, accurate data.

The role requires attention to detail, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work with varied noise levels and hours. Experience of at least 1 year in similar roles is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year experience in a similar position.
• Experience with MS Office.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Strong analytical and mathematical abilities.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and updates inventory records.
• Coordinates annual and cycle inventory procedures.
• Reconciles inventories to book records and makes adjustments.
• Produces and maintains reports and documentation for audits and counts.
• Communicates with customers and cross-functional teams on inventory timing and counts.
• Develops procedures to improve inventory management and security.
