Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk in Bloomingdale, GA to maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts. The role reports to the Inventory Control Manager and requires attention to detail and strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities include reconciling stock, coordinating annual inventories, and improving inventory procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality of records.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year experience in a similar position.
• Computer applications experience using MS Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and mathematical abilities.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in environments with variable noise, lighting, and temperature.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and updates inventory records.
• Performs daily activities to manage inventory procedures.
• Reconciles inventories to book records and makes adjustments.
• Coordinates annual physical inventory procedures.
• Supports recoup program for damaged/defective product.
• Maintains records to track recouped and returned stock.
• Supervises inventory quality and reporting.
• Performs weekly cycle counts and adjusts systems.
• Develops audit programs for returns and locations.
• Communicates with customers on inventory timing.
• Coordinates with supervisors to set cut-off dates.
