Job summary

Encore Global in Orlando, FL is seeking an Inventory Clerk to monitor and ensure accurate data entry and timely transaction completion in Helios IC. You will investigate inventory discrepancies, update inventory in Helios to support the Fixed Assets department (which maintains Oracle inventory data).

Key duties include verifying deliveries, maintaining inventory integrity, data entry and report analysis, and collaborating with warehouse and logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with purchasing, inventory control and accounting.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Verify product deliveries and inventory, ensuring proper counting and coding.
• Troubleshoot inventory problems and ensure resolution.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of inventory systems and related transactions.
• Enter data and analyze reports; run daily reports for staff and management.
• Regularly communicate with warehouse and logistics managers to stay informed of activities.
• Process cash reconciliations, oversee reconciliations and adjustments, and maintain activity logs.
• Perform general office and clerical duties as required.
