Job summary

Encore is seeking an Inventory Records Clerk in Orlando, FL to monitor and ensure accurate data entry and transaction completion in Helios IC. The role supports the Fixed Assets department that maintains Oracle inventory data.

You will verify deliveries, troubleshoot inventory issues, and maintain inventory accuracy while interfacing with warehouse and logistics managers to share information.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skill (Excel and Word)
• Familiarity with purchasing, inventory control and accounting
• Good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Verify product deliveries and inventory, assuring that all products are properly counted and coded.
• Enter data into computer and analyze reports; run daily reports and distribute to staff and management.
• Regularly communicate and coordinate with a variety of warehouse and logistics managers to exchange information and maintain awareness of current activities.
• Process incoming cash reconciliations, oversee and ensure timely submissions, apply receipts, and enter adjustments; maintain activity logs.
• General office and clerical activity as required.
