Job summary

Encore Global is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to monitor data entry and inventory transactions in Helios IC, supporting the Fixed Assets department and Oracle data. Responsibilities include verifying deliveries, maintaining inventory accuracy, and generating daily reports for management.

Responsibilities

• Verify product deliveries and inventory, assuring all products are properly counted and coded.
• Troubleshoot inventory problems and ensure resolution.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of inventory systems and related transactions.
• Enter data into the computer and analyze reports.
• Regularly communicate with warehouse and logistics managers to stay aligned on activities and items.
• Process incoming cash reconciliations and maintain logs of activity.
• General office and clerical activity as required.
