Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Integrity Coordinator for our distribution center. You will ensure inventory accuracy, analyze discrepancies, and support audits and reporting to safeguard stock value.

In this role you will use WMS systems and RF equipment to track locations, train staff, and coordinate with multiple departments. Daily on-site presence is required at the DC location.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in inventory or warehousing; production or retail setting preferred.
• WMS systems and processes (PKMS, IP/AS-400) familiarity with screens and programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines and accuracy.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving and follow-up capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Travel may be required; physical activity includes standing, walking, lifting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory integrity within the DC ensuring transactions are accurate.
• Investigate discrepancies and apply necessary corrections in a timely manner.
• Support UDC, cycle counts and random audits of receipts or shipments.
• Maintain accuracy metrics and UDC/3PL reporting for management.
• Utilize WMS and RF devices to track locations and status changes.
• Coordinate efforts across departments and sites to boost accuracy.
• Train staff on proper inventory integrity and control practices.
• Communicate cross-functionally with department associates.
• Act as SME for operational roles and tasks in the team.
• Collaborate with Inventory Analyst on responsibilities and reporting.
• Identify and implement preventative controls with Operations.
