Job summary

DRiV Incorporated is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst to maintain a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity at our facility. The role focuses on cycle counts, BOS documentation, and ensuring data integrity across the warehouse and production flow.

Responsibilities include monitoring inventory, reconciling discrepancies, and coordinating with Quality to address non-conforming products. Forklift operation may be required, and basic computer skills with SAP/Excel are essential.

Qualifications

• Must learn computer skills including SAP and Excel.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Understand material flow in the plant, including warehouse bin management, material flow from storage to production areas.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs for Cycle Count and maintain BOS for cycle count records.
• Monitor and control inventory integrity.
• Produce reporting validation and scrap transaction review for accuracy.
• Maintain product identification and location; reconcile discrepancies.
• Complete physical inventories, cycle counts, and audits; reconcile non-conforming product with Quality Team.
• Resolve inventory problems in a timely manner; pass forklift certification and operate forklift or Stand-up.
