Job summary

Incora invites applications for an Inventory Control Administrator to ensure data integrity within the inventory management system and at central distribution centers. You will conduct cycle counts, manage stock transfers, perform data entry, and verify inventory traceability across multiple departments.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in warehousing or inventory management, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office plus inventory systems (JDE, AIMS).

Qualifications

• Requires high attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Strong communication across multiple levels of the organization.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and inventory systems (JDE, AIMS).

Responsibilities

• Maintain integrity of inventory data in system and physical counts.
• Perform cycle counts and stock transfers as needed.
• Investigate discrepancies and perform root-cause analysis.
