Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or material-handling experience.
• Forklift experience required.
• Ability to use a computer for inventory tracking, data entry, and basic warehouse functions.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook and Excel.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory and materials.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for distribution.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse.
• Operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment.

We are partnering with a global leader in laboratory testing and energy services seeking a dependable Warehouse Worker I to join its Houston-area team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of warehouse experience who is comfortable operating a forklift, working with inventory, and using a computer for basic warehouse and inventory functions.

What You'll Do

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory and materials
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for distribution

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of warehouse, inventory (80% of job), shipping/receiving, or material-handling experience
• Previous forklift experience required (20%) of job
• Ability to use a computer for inventory tracking, data entry, and basic warehouse functions
• Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook and Excel
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to accurately count, organize, and track inventory
• Strong attention to detail and dependability
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, carry, and move materials throughout the workday
• Ability to safely lift and handle heavier warehouse materials as required
