Trillium Staffing is seeking a Forklift Operator in Houston, TX for a contract-to-hire role in a fast-paced warehouse. The position offers a starting pay of $16/hour with potential overtime and a comprehensive benefits package after hire-on.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts, loading/unloading, picking and stocking, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Candidates should have forklift experience, basic math and computer skills, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift and/or order picker to move and retrieve materials throughout the facility.
• Secure and properly use required safety harnesses and PPE.
• Pick, stage, verify, and load products accurately for shipment.
• Move parts, materials, pallets, and containers between designated areas.
• Stock and organize inventory in assigned storage locations.
• Load and unload trailers as needed.
• Follow inventory, shipping, and material-handling procedures.
• Read packaging labels, shipping documents, and safety instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Seeking a motivated individual for a forklift operation in Houston, TX! Opportunity for hire-on, pay pump, production bonuses and competitive benfits!

Pay: $16/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Overtime: Optional overtime available before shift; no weekend overtime required

Contract to Hire Role - After 520 hours (candidates could be considered for early hire-on based on performance!)

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join a busy warehouse and distribution operation in Houston. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is looking for a position with long-term growth potential and strong benefits upon hire-on.

Employees may be eligible for a performance-based pay increase after approximately 520 hours, along with biweekly production incentives once hired on permanently.

• Previous forklift experience required, approximately 1–2 months or more.
• Ability to safely operate material-handling equipment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to consistently lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Required to wear appropriate PPE and follow all facility safety procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Automotive warehouse or distribution experience.
• Experience handling automotive parts or similar materials.
• High school diploma or GED.
