Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Inventory Manager / Government Property Specialist to support GFP accountability for the C-sUAS E&I program. You will manage GFP, equipment, and prototype systems, ensuring accurate records in PIEE and 98%+ inventory accuracy for unclassified items and 100% for classified items.

Qualifications

• Typically requires BA degree and 2–4 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing Government property or accountable equipment within DoD, engineering, logistics, or similarly controlled environments.
• Experience maintaining property and inventory records throughout asset lifecycle, including receipt, storage, custody, transfer, and disposition.
• Experience conducting physical inventories, reconciling records, investigating discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions.
• Experience maintaining Government property records or similar accountable-property documentation and preparing inventory reports.
• Ability to maintain high inventory accuracy and establish traceability of equipment and assets.
• Experience coordinating movement between storage facilities, labs, test locations, and Government entities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic technical environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and inventory or enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory control and accountability for GFP and other property supporting SIL, test range, and program activities.
• Record GFP information within PIEE and maintain property records per contractual and DoD requirements.
• Maintain 98% inventory accuracy for unclassified components and 100% accountability for classified components; perform inventories and discrepancy investigations.
• Develop, maintain, and coordinate the Government Property Inventory Report.
• Manage property lifecycle from receipt to disposition with proper documentation.
• Coordinate with Configuration Management and Engineering to maintain status of SIL hardware and property.
• Provide hands-on inventory support at the test range and other program locations, including receipt, staging, movement, and preparation for tests.
