Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Inventory Manager / Government Property Specialist to support GFP accountability for the C-sUAS E&I program. The role manages GFP, equipment, tools, and prototype systems within SIL, test ranges, and sustainment activities, recording GFP data in PIEE and ensuring DoD property compliance.

Qualifications

• BA degree required with 2–4 years of related experience.
• Experience managing Government property or GFP/DoD property.
• Maintain accurate property and inventory records throughout asset lifecycle.
• Knowledge of performing physical inventories and investigating discrepancies.
• Maintain Government property records and prepare inventory reports.
• Active Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain GFP inventory control for GFP, equipment, tools, materials, prototype hardware, and accountable property supporting SIL, test range, and program activities.
• Record GFP information within PIEE and maintain property records per DoD requirements and Leidos processes.
• Maintain 98% inventory accuracy for unclassified components and 100% for classified components; conduct inventories and discrepancy investigations.
• Develop and coordinate Government Property Inventory Report across program stakeholders.
• Manage property lifecycle: receipt, inspection, tagging, storage, transfer, disposition with supporting docs.
• Coordinate with Configuration Management and Engineering to maintain asset identification and status.
• Provide hands-on inventory support at test ranges and program locations as needed.
