Job summary

Cencora is hiring for a full-time Distribution Associate in Kentucky. The role shifts Sunday through Thursday, with 4:00pm start on Sundays and 3:00pm on other days; overtime may be required. Starting pay is $21.26 per hour, with opportunities to reach up to $26.39 per hour based on bonuses and performance.

A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered. Responsibilities include receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control, using RF devices, and operating forklifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year(s) of work experience.
• Must be able to work overtime when necessary and participate in physical inventory.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, and stage orders; handle returns, shipping, and inventory.
• Verify merchandise against shipment records and report discrepancies.
• Stock shelves and maintain designated areas; use RF devices for picking/packing as needed.
• Enter orders and returns into the computer system; inspect and re-shelve returned items.
• Perform daily inventory counts and assist with inventory procedures.
• Operate power equipment (reach trucks, forklift) and follow safety standards.
