Job summary

UniFirst seeks a Customer Fulfillment & Inventory Manager to lead stockroom and fulfillment operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and cost-effective delivery of products. You’ll partner with Production, Service, and Supply Chain teams, using ERP to improve inventory accuracy and fulfillment across locations.

Experience in inventory control, strong leadership, and ERP systems is required. The role offers a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with competitive benefits and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in inventory control, stockroom, or fulfillment leadership.
• ERP system experience strongly preferred.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred in business, logistics, or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory accuracy and fulfillment operations to meet customer needs.
• Manage stockroom activities including receiving, grading, and order assembly.
• Lead, coach, and develop fulfillment associates for continuous improvement.
• Analyze inventory and fulfillment data to drive efficiency and cost control.
