Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Customer Fulfillment & Inventory Manager to lead stockroom and fulfillment operations at our Orlando location. You will drive inventory accuracy, partner with Supply Chain to balance levels with demand, and oversee processing, returns, and compliance to service customers efficiently.

The role requires 3–5 years in inventory leadership,ERP experience, and strong skills in leadership, data analysis, and MS Excel.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in inventory control, stockroom, warehouse, or fulfillment leadership; ERP experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; college degree in business, logistics, or supply chain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Improve garment and non-garment inventory accuracy using ERP to track, manage, and optimize usage.
• Partner with Supply Chain to align inventory levels with business needs and ensure efficient product flow.
• Lead fulfillment operations to meet customer needs with speed, accuracy, and service quality.
• Oversee stockroom activities including receiving, grading, order assembly, emblem processing, and merchandise handling.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards while maintaining smooth product flow.
• Manage returns and reissues with cost control and efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and develop stockroom associates, fostering accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Cross-train team members to maximize flexibility and ensure operational resilience.
• Build a high-performance culture where employees feel valued, respected, and engaged.
• Analyze inventory and fulfillment data to inform decision-making and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with plant leadership on initiatives that strengthen operations and customer service.
