The Customer Fulfillment & Inventory Manager reports to the Division Director of Operations and leads stockroom (distribution center satellites) and fulfillment operations to ensure accurate, timely, and cost-effective delivery of both garment and non-garment products. This role is critical to service excellence, inventory optimization, and customer satisfaction, while also ensuring alignment, efficiency, and consistent standards across all locations.
As part of the plant leadership team, this leader will partner closely with Production, Service, and Supply Chain teams using our ERP system to improve inventory accuracy, manage products, and ensure consistent fulfillment across the organization.
