Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Customer Fulfillment & Inventory Manager to lead stockroom and fulfillment operations, driving accuracy and cost efficiency across garment and non-garment products. You will partner with Production, Service, and Supply Chain to optimize ERP-driven processes and ensure consistent fulfillment standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, team development, and process improvement, with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule and opportunities for growth within a global garment services

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in inventory control, stockroom, warehouse or fulfillment leadership.
• ERP experience strongly preferred.
• High school diploma required; college degree in business/logistics/supply chain preferred.
• Strong leadership, data analysis, ERP and inventory management skills.
• Ability to stand, move and lift up to 40 lbs; tolerance for variable temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Improve inventory accuracy for garment and non-garment items using ERP.
• Partner with Supply Chain to align inventory levels with business needs.
• Lead fulfillment operations to meet customer needs with speed and accuracy.
• Oversee stockroom activities: receiving, grading, order assembly, emblem processing, merchandise handling.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Coach and develop stockroom associates and cross-train team members.
