Job summary

UniFirst Corporation is seeking a Customer Fulfillment & Inventory Manager to lead stockroom and fulfillment operations across locations, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of garments and non-garment products. You will partner with Production, Service, and Supply Chain teams, leveraging ERP to improve inventory accuracy and consistent fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in inventory control, stockroom, warehouse, or fulfillment leadership. ERP experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; college degree in business, logistics, or supply chain preferred.
• Strong leadership, data analysis, ERP and inventory management systems, order processing, and MS Excel.
• Ability to stand, move, and lift up to 40 lbs; tolerance for variable plant temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Improve garment and non-garment inventory accuracy using the ERP system to track, manage, and optimize usage.
• Partner with Supply Chain to align inventory levels with business needs and ensure efficient product flow.
• Lead fulfillment operations to meet customer needs with speed, accuracy, and service quality.
• Oversee stockroom activities including receiving, grading, order assembly, emblem processing, and merchandise handling.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards while maintaining smooth product flow.
• Manage returns and reissues with cost control and efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and develop stockroom associates, fostering accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Cross-train team members to maximize flexibility and ensure operational resilience.
