Job summary

Curaleaf in Hammonton, NJ is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for a full-time, non-exempt role. You will support inventory management, process orders, and help move products through production and distribution.

The day includes data entry, transfers, and ensuring compliance while working a Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM shift. Qualified candidates have experience in logistics or inventory control, strong attention to detail, clear communication, and proficiency with basic Microsoft Office tools.

• Experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or inventory management.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain accuracy across tasks.
• Clear communication with teammates and reporting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic calculations; comfortable with numbers.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to think critically and stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory management through counts, record updates, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Inventory Specialist to reconcile data and track levels across departments.
• Manage product movement including transfers, manifests, stocking, and fulfillment with accuracy.
• Pick, pack, count, and scan wholesale orders, ensuring labels and docs meet compliance.
