Curaleaf is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Ocala, FL. You will link product and inventory teams to ensure orders, transfers and shipments flow smoothly, maintaining accurate records and supporting wholesale operations.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented and able to adapt quickly. This role requires basic Microsoft Office skills, comfort with numbers, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or inventory management.
• Organized, detail-oriented and accurate in daily tasks.
• Clear communication when updating reports or coordinating with teammates.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable with Microsoft Office and basic calculations.
• Strong work ethic, integrity and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Critical thinking, problem solving, and staying calm under pressure.
• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Support inventory management with counts, records updates and reporting.
• Partner with Inventory Specialist to reconcile data and track levels.
• Manage product movement including transfers, manifests, stocking and fulfillment.
• Pick, pack, count and scan wholesale orders with proper labeling and documentation.
• Use BioTrack to maintain real-time tracking of product movement.
• Maintain professional, solutions-focused attitude during busy periods and shifts.
