Job summary

WSP Global Inc. in Concord, NH is seeking a Logistics Fulfillment Manager to lead inventory lifecycle, distribution, and reconciliation for the client’s transponder program. You will ensure auditable fulfillment operations from receipt to final disposition.

The role requires hands-on oversight of inventory, shipping, returns, and process improvements, with emphasis on KPI achievement, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration across operations, finance, IT, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive inventory and logistics experience.
• Experience managing fulfillment operations and reconciliation.
• Strong understanding of asset-tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead transponder fulfillment and inventory-control activities per client rules.
• Oversee receipt, storage, transfer, activation, return, replacement, and disposition of inventory.
• Maintain complete, auditable inventory records across warehouses and centers.
• Ensure inventory balances reconcile with POs, receiving, activations, and financial records.
• Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and escalate risks with corrective actions.
• Coordinate fulfillment requests via web, IVR, mail, app, chat, courier, and Walk-In Centers.
• Validate eligibility, funds, transponder status, serials, and availability prior to issuance.
• Ensure proper packaging with required materials and documentation.
