Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience within a detail-oriented environment.
• NetSuite ERP system experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Unpack, pack, verify, and record shipments of precious metals and coins.
• Perform quality checks to confirm authenticity, condition, and order accuracy.
• Sort, inventory, and organize products for storage or shipment.
• Prepare, package, and ship orders with high quality standards.
• Maintain inventory records in the ERP system; identify discrepancies and escalate.
