Floor & Decor is seeking an Inventory Strategist to partner with merchandising and store operations to develop and execute inventory strategies that maximize sales and productivity. You will maintain in-stock positions across stores and distribution centers for all SKUs, and work with merchants, stores, vendors, and the ASO to meet team goals.

Responsibilities include creating SKU forecasts, defining replenishment strategies, setting replenishment parameters by location, and driving inventory

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Proficient with MS Office; Excel skills required.

• Develop inventory and replenishment strategy for SKUs and locations.
• Partner with merchandising and stores to optimize in-stock levels.
