Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Inventory Management to analyze inventory and resolve inbound discrepancies, drive warehouse efficiency, and lead cycle counts. You will validate shipments, generate standard inventory reports, and coordinate forecasts to minimize costs while meeting service goals.

This role emphasizes data-driven decision making, collaboration with manufacturing, and quarterly review of stock levels to optimize warehousing operations.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of inventory or operations experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required for written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in data interpretation and statistical reporting.

Responsibilities

• Receives inbound products and verifies quantity against packing slips.
• Enters data in the database and releases products for use.
• Develops forecasts based on customer demand and shipment speeds.
• Places electronic orders from inventory reports and forecasts.
• Creates and analyzes inventory reports and cycle counts.
• Monitors inventory levels and investigates discrepancies.
• Coordinates product returns and quarantined items as needed.
• Updates data in AIMS/SAP/CIMA systems.
