Cardinal Health in El Paso, TX seeks a Lead Coordinator, Inventory Management to lead operations in warehousing, distribution and planning. You will validate inbound shipments, manage forecasts, and coordinate electronic orders while guiding junior staff and ensuring SOP compliance.

The role focuses on optimizing inventory, reducing costs and improving service levels through data-driven stock deployment and cycle counts. Strong Excel and WMS familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or technical certification or equivalent experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and follow up skills; 4+ years experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-job guidance to Associates and Senior Coordinators and ensure SOP adherence.
• Deliver trainings on tasks as needed and mentor less-experienced colleagues.
• Verify inbound product receipts against packing slips and orders.
• Enter and validate data in the WMS and release products for use.
• Develop inventory forecasts based on demand, orders, and speeds.
• Place electronic orders based on reports and forecasts.
• Communicate with suppliers for order information and issue resolution.
• Run WMS reports to monitor slow-/fast-moving and expiry data; conduct cycle counts.
