Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Inventory Management to analyze inventory, resolve inbound discrepancies, and drive warehouse efficiency. You will validate shipments, forecast demand, and lead regular cycle counts while ensuring data quality across AIMS/SAP/CIMA systems.

The role emphasizes inventory optimization, reporting, and collaboration with manufacturers to minimize costs and improve service levels in a dynamic distribution environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient in AIMS/SAP/CIMA/Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Analyze inventory and resolve inbound discrepancies to improve warehouse efficiency.
• Validate inbound shipments and enter data in the database.
• Develop forecasts of inventory based on demand and shipment speeds.
• Monitor inventory levels and generate standard reports and cycle counts.
• Coordinate returns logistics and issue escalation when needed.
