Job summary

GoGoMeds West in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an Inventory/Facilities Technician to maintain inventory, support daily warehouse operations, and ensure materials are correctly received, stored, and distributed. This role supports pharmacy operations by upholding a safe, organized workspace and efficient processes.

Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting materials, maintaining accurate counts, stocking, order fulfilment, and assisting with inventory improvements.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management or warehouse systems preferred.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and move materials throughout the workday.
  • Forklift or powered industrial truck experience is a plus (if applicable).
  • Previous warehouse, inventory, logistics, or pharmacy inventory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify documents for incoming materials.
  • Assist with DME prep and stocking fill stations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels through proper stocking and routine cycle counts.
  • Pick and stage materials based on internal requests, work orders, and operational needs.
  • Restock inventory locations to ensure continuous product availability for pharmacy and warehouse operations.
  • Perform routine cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment and material handling tools in accordance with company policies.
  • Follow all company safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and warehouse best practices.
  • Assist with inventory organization, warehouse improvements, and process optimization initiatives.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and a professional appearance throughout warehouse and pharmacy locations.
  • Support other operational and inventory-related duties as assigned to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Support facilities maintenance and preservation.

Position Summary

The Inventory/Facilities Technician is under the direction of the Inventory/Facilities Manager and is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, supporting daily warehouse operations, and ensuring materials are received, stored, and distributed efficiently.
