Job summary

WIS International is hiring a Retail Inventory Associate - Driver in the United States (Texas Pasadena area). The role starts with wage range $14.50–$16.50 per hour and is part-time. A valid driver’s license for 36+ months and a willingness to work varied hours are required.

You will count inventory, follow a set workflow, and travel between sites while meeting daily goals. Benefits include paid training, potential wage increases up to $5.00, referral bonuses, and a path toward career growth

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
• A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
• Access to reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Count and record inventory with precision
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow
• Move between inventory locations and frequently stand/walk
• Meet daily performance goals and expect wage increases based on productivity
• Safely transport team members to inventory events and conduct vehicle inspections
