Job summary

WIS International is seeking a part-time Retail Inventory Associate – Driver in the United States. The starting wage is $16.00–$18.00 per hour, with flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities for performance-based pay increases.

You will transport employees to inventory events, count stock with handheld scanners, and travel between retail locations while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Training is provided; no prior inventory experience is required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
• No inventory experience required—we provide all the training you need to succeed
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Comfortable using handheld technology
• Retail, stocking, warehouse, and customer service experience helpful
• No degree required; veterans, career changers encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees to and from inventory events
• Count and record inventory using handheld scanners
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through our pay program
