Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support Supply Chain, Distribution Centers, and Merchandising on key initiatives such as new store openings, group processes, seasonal and distribution planning.

You will coordinate materials and processes, prepare status reports on project health, schedules, risks and issues, and assist with after-season inventory adjustments and DC conversions.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects in a supply chain or distribution environment.
• Ability to plan, organize, and meet goals and objectives.
• Strong MS Office skills including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience building relationships with internal teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates materials and processes to support DC projects and activities.
• Executes distribution changes due to openings, closings, relocations, and store shifts.
• Monitors systems and assists with troubleshooting access or data issues.
• Prepares internal and external reports on project health, schedules, risks and issues.
• Supports after-season inventory adjustments and DC conversions.
• Responds to inquiries and routes them to the appropriate team.
