Job summary

MillerKnoll, Inc. is seeking a diligent Shipping Clerk to support manufacturing logistics across our sites. You will coordinate material flow, set dock priorities, and ensure accurate shipment processing to meet internal and external timelines.

The role requires basic math, ability to read and interpret instructions, and experience with office software. A hi-low license is required within 30 days where not already held, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
2 years of manufacturing experience.
Must be able to read, understand, communicate, and interpret written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the flow of materials from Production or Warehouse to manufacturing facilities, MillerKnoll regions and customers.
Set priorities on shipping dock activities and coordinate hi-low and driver activities.
Ensure on-time shipments and 100% reliability by sequencing truck loading in software.
Handle receipt and delivery of materials for Tool Crib and Maintenance.
Verify and process shipments/receipts with 100% accuracy for supplier payments.
Adhere to corporate safety guidelines (hi-low) and PPE.
Coordinate delivery of parts from dock to production areas and warehousing.
Expedite disposition and shipping of returns and packaging.
Maintain efficient flow of materials in staging area.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
