Job summary

Victoria's Secret is seeking an Inventory Deployment Analyst to lead end-to-end deployment from distribution centers to stores. You will optimize inventory levels to maximize sales and margins, acting as the liaison between stores, logistics and cross-functional partners.

Proficiency with JDA Allocation, SAP and MicroStrategy will be leveraged to drive data-driven decisions. You will formulate deployment strategies (pre-season and in-season), monitor results and adjust with agility, and

Qualifications

End-to-end deployment strategy experience.
Strong analytical capabilities with change management.
Ability to collaborate with stores, logistics and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

Execute daily/weekly deployment of product to stores to optimize inventory and support sales plans.
Collaborate with Merchandising and Merchant partners to prioritize product flow given inventory constraints.
Quantify inventory by size to align with store-level inventory targets.
Monitor deployment results and adjust strategies with strong agility.
Travel to stores as needed to understand inventory needs and drive action.
Work with Logistics to resolve external constraints affecting inventory flow to DC and stores.
Support and execute testing strategies and category-specific initiatives.
Participate in cross-functional meetings to influence inventory decisions.
Contribute to inventory management across digital and store channels.
Communicate insights and recommendations to leadership to drive results.
