Job summary

Victoria's Secret is seeking a Director of Logistics Planning – Planning & Coordination in Columbus to lead a 13-person planning team and own end-to-end inventory flow across Retail, Digital, International, and Marketplaces. You will optimize inventory positioning, flow efficiency, and capacity alignment to support demand, speed to market and product availability.

Qualifications

Progressive leadership experience in Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Planning or Logistics Planning with end-to-end responsibility.
Experience leading planning teams and driving accountability and continuous improvement.
Extensive experience in demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory management and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of planning professionals responsible for end-to-end inventory flow across omnichannel networks.
Drive capacity readiness, inventory optimization, and peak-planning strategies.
Collaborate with Distribution Centers, Transportation, Merchandise Planning & Allocation, Store Operations and Finance to deliver integrated logistics plans.
Use data-driven insights to improve speed to market, product availability, and network performance.
