Job summary

This role partners with planning, distribution, and store teams to drive improvements in inventory flow and availability.

You will analyze large datasets, develop dashboards, and make actionable recommendations to enhance inventory health and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, finance or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in inventory planning, replenishment, supply chain, or analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Analyze investment and timing to implement new SKUs into stores to optimize deployment.
• Monitor fill rate, in-stock percentage, inventory turns, weeks of supply, excess inventory and service levels.
• Identify opportunities and risks through proactive analysis and root-cause investigation.
• Develop and maintain inventory reporting dashboards; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve inventory health and network performance.
