Job summary

MW Components in Corona, CA is seeking an Inventory Clerk to maintain accurate inventory records, process receipts and adjustments, and reconcile variances in our ERP system.

You will perform cycle counts, assist with physical inventories, and prepare reports for management. Collaborate with production planners and warehouse staff to ensure materials are available and meet 5S standards, while supporting audits and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or manufacturing.
• Forklift or material handling equipment experience may be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records through data entry in the ERP/inventory system.
• Record receipts, transfers, adjustments, and returns of materials.
• Reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
• Prepare inventory reports for supervisors, production planners, or management.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with full physical inventory counts.
• Investigate and resolve inventory variances through root cause analysis.
• Support internal and external inventory audits as needed.
• Assist with receiving, storing, labeling, and organizing materials and finished goods.
• Ensure materials are issued accurately to production departments according to job orders.
• Maintain clean, orderly inventory storage areas following safety and 5S standards.
• Support inventory transfers between warehouse, production, and shipping/receiving.
• Work closely with production planners, purchasing, warehouse staff, and supervisors.
