Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management, data entry, bookkeeping, or administrative work preferred.
• QuickBooks experience is a plus.

• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, label, organize, and maintain jewelry inventory.
• Enter new merchandise and product information into the inventory system.
• Maintain product descriptions, pricing, costs, vendor information, and data.
• Assist with inventory counts and audits.
• Research discrepancies between physical and system records.
• Generate inventory reports for management.
• Collaborate with sales to keep inventory data current.
• Assist with orders, transfers, returns, and related processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide general administrative support to owners and management.
• Maintain organized digital and paper files and prepare reports.
• Handle emails, scheduling, and routine office communication.
• Enter and maintain customer, vendor, and business information.
• Assist with invoices, purchase orders, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks.
