Job summary

Cherokee Nation Entertainment is seeking an Inventory and Data Entry Associate to maintain inventory accuracy and document control. The role involves recording, reviewing, and filing shipping/receiving paperwork, performing cycle counts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure precise material movements.

The ideal candidate will have a GED or high school diploma, forklift certification, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong organizational and communication skills, plus a valid

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Forklift certification is required.
• Knowledge of standard material control and data entry procedures and practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and basic computer skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and self-motivation skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority, if required.

Responsibilities

• Records and reviews all documents involved in the movement of material.
• Confirms the accuracy of all documentation and inventories within purchasing and inventory control.
• Processes and files all necessary paperwork related to shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Collaborates with other departments to ensure the accuracy and traceability of all received and delivered materials.
• Performs data entry into financial and non-inventory management systems.
• Reviews and distributes necessary documents to ensure on-time delivery.
• Executes and coordinates inventory and cycle counts.
• Monitors inventory replenishment processes and adjusts stock levels as needed.
