Iowa Tribe of Oklahoma, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Clerk to perform physical counts and maintain accurate stock records across tribal facilities. You will tag equipment, update count sheets, and work with Purchasing to correct discrepancies.

The role requires attention to detail, basic data entry, and ability to lift and move boxes as needed. A high school diploma or GED is required, with preferred six months of stock counting experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Six months of hands-on stock counting experience preferred.
• Experience with annual inventory counts or basic data entry spreadsheets is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Perform physical counts of equipment, supplies, and materials across multiple areas.
• Compare counts to Purchasing records to identify missing items or excess stock.
• Record serial numbers, tag numbers, and locations on count sheets for auditability.
• Tag unmarked items and ensure master records are accurate.
• Assist in annual inventory checks and audits with Purchasing staff.
