Job summary

Dunham-Bush USA is seeking an Inventory Data Administrator to enter and manage store and warehouse transactions in the JDE ERP system. You will process receipts, issues, transfers, returns and shipments with speed and accuracy, while reconciling records with physical stock.

Daily duties include updating item master data, supporting monthly cycle counts, generating stock reports, and coordinating with Procurement and Store teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems, JD Edwards (JDE) preferred.
• Fast, accurate data entry with strong attention to detail.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Strong communication and cross-department collaboration.
• RF scanner experience is a plus.
• 1–2 years of data entry, inventory or warehouse admin experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter all daily store transactions into the JDE ERP system on the same day.
• Process goods receipts in JDE against POs and receiving reports.
• Record material issues to work orders and the shop floor.
• Enter shipping transactions and prepare packing lists and bills of lading.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between system records and stock.
• Maintain filing systems for store documents.
• Maintain item master data, bin/location records and units of measure.
• Support cycle counts and stock checks; enter results and approved adjustments.
• Generate inventory reports for Procurement and other departments.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and notify replenishment.
• Assist Store team with receiving, labeling and stock verification.
• Ensure confidentiality, accuracy and integrity of data.
• Adhere to safety management standards.
• Any other duties assigned.
