Job summary

Moveras is seeking a detail-oriented data entry and transactions specialist to manage core warehouse records and ensure accurate documentation. You will support the accounting team, perform periodic inventory counts, and drive accuracy through checks and reconciliations.

The role requires fast data entry, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with MRP/ERP systems such as AXAPTA. Collaborative team environment and emphasis on timely task completion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain regular reporting on inventory accuracy KPIs.

Summary:In this role you will be managing the data entry and transactions at our core warehouse. Daily duties will focus on keeping accurate records, recording transactions with speed and accuracy and working with other team members to ensure the efficiency of the area. As well as implementing checks and balances to ensure all transactions are completed correctly.Responsibilities:· Ensure proper transaction execution for all transactions.· Work closely with the Accounting team to ensure the transactions include all necessary information.· Perform inventory cycle counts, verifying against perpetual stock in inventory and making appropriate adjustments as necessary.· Investigate and resolve any transaction discrepancies.· Participate in monthly inventory counts.· Develop and maintain regular reporting on inventory accuracy KPIs as requested by the supervisor.· Provides day-to-day inventory control support to manufacturing and distribution areasQualifications:· Accurate and speedy data entry skills· Strong technical skills and MS Office experience, including experience working with an MRP program (Microsoft AXAPTA experience is highly desirable)· Follows through and meets commitments.· Good at multitasking· Detail oriented, and organized· Supports organization and department goals and values.
