Atterro in Merkel, TX is seeking an Inventory Data Entry Clerk to support inventory transactions and reconciliation with strong data entry accuracy. The role involves processing parts, production information, and shipment confirmations in JDE, while maintaining detailed records and timely updates within ERP systems.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years in inventory control or data entry in manufacturing or warehouse settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Additional training in inventory management, logistics, business administration, or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones and responding to emails.
• Enter and reconcile inventory transactions with a high degree of accuracy.
• Process parts, inventory, and production information within company systems.
• Manage backorders for work orders and accessories.
• Complete production transaction entries in JDE and maintain accurate records.
• Research and resolve production entry discrepancies and inventory issues.
• File production work orders, logs, shipping documents, and related records.
• Process shipment confirmations for completed customer orders.
• Provide administrative and operational support to management as needed.
