Our client, a manufacturing organization dedicated to operational excellence and efficiency, is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join their team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be part of the Inventory and Production Support team, contributing to accurate data management and reporting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proactive problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Shift: 1st shift

What's the Job?

• Analyze inventory and investigate discrepancies from cycle counts and production reports.
• Review daily production reports for accuracy and research variances.
• Run inventory reports to identify slow-moving or excess inventory and reconcile records with work orders.
• Support month-end closing activities, including journal entries and inventory-related account analysis.
• Help develop and improve procedures for production reporting and data accuracy.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in data entry, inventory control, accounting support, logistics, or manufacturing administration.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is often preferred.
