Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking an Inventory Data Entry Clerk in Merkel, TX to enter and reconcile inventory transactions with precision. You will support parts, inventory, and production data in company systems and ensure accurate documentation of shipments and work orders.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, and experience with ERP systems such as JD Edwards (JDE) is preferred. Excellent organization and communication are essential in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Additional training in inventory management, logistics, business administration, or related fields is a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones and responding to emails
• Enter and reconcile inventory transactions with a high degree of accuracy
• Process parts, inventory, and production information within company systems
• Manage backorders for work orders and accessories
• Complete production transaction entries in JDE and maintain accurate records
• Research and resolve production entry discrepancies and inventory issues
• File production work orders, logs, shipping documents, and related records
• Process shipment confirmations for completed customer orders
• Provide administrative and operational support to management as needed
