Job summary

STAUD Clothing, headquartered in Los Angeles, is seeking an Associate Planner to join our planning team. This role focuses on merchandise retail planning—executing merchandise strategies and core replenishment planning across stores.

You will partner with buying, allocation, and store teams to ensure the right inventory is in the right place at the right time, while building strong forecasting, reporting, and OTB processes in Excel and Google Sheets.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in retail planning, allocation, or merchandising analytics.
• Hands-on experience with core and replenishment planning processes.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and Google Sheets.
• Experience with planning systems and Shopify is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end SKU setup, assortment maintenance and accuracy.
• Oversee core and replenishment planning to maintain in-stock levels across stores.
• Monitor sell-through, inventory turn, and weeks of supply; recommend quantities and timing.
• Analyze weekly/monthly sales, margin, and inventory against plan.
• Collaborate with allocation to distribute product across stores and channels.
• Build/maintain planning tools and reporting in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Prepare OTB recaps and support budgeting/financial modeling.
• Identify risks/opportunities and escalate to senior planning team.
• Partner with Merchandising for business reviews; report sales performance.
