Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking an Inventory Planning Intern to support the merchandising team with product distribution, inventory analysis, and planning initiatives. This five-month, full-time internship is based in the corporate office in New York City and runs from January 11, 2027, through June 28, 2027.

You will assist with allocation and replenishment planning, monitor store performance and inventory levels, maintain data and dashboards, and provide administrative support to the Planning team.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in an associate, bachelor's, or master's degree program.
• Available for full five-month internship.
• Strong initiative, independence, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Luxury brand experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with allocation and replenishment planning for store distribution.
• Monitor performance, trends, and inventory; support analysis and cross-functional projects.
• Maintain data, reports, and dashboards; support process/tool improvements.
• Provide administrative support to Planning team.
