Job summary

Poly Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Cycle Counter in Lee’s Summit, MO to support inventory accuracy in warehouse operations.

This role performs regular cycle counts, investigates discrepancies, and maintains accurate records while coordinating with Warehouse, Production and Planning teams. The ideal candidate has manufacturing or warehouse experience and familiarity with inventory control processes; SAP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
• 3–4 years of experience in inventory control, cycle counting or warehouse operations.
• Experience in manufacturing/distribution environments preferred.
• SAP experience with inventory transactions, material movements and reconciliations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and scheduled cycle counts of raw materials, finished goods and packaging.
• Compare physical counts to system quantities and identify discrepancies.
• Investigate variances and assist in root-cause analysis.
• Complete inventory adjustments and transactions in the ERP system.
• Maintain accurate inventory locations and proper item identification.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Production and Planning to resolve discrepancies.
• Support physical inventories and audits as required.
• Help improve inventory accuracy and reduce recurring discrepancies.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all transactions.
