Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a detail‑oriented inventory associate to maintain perpetual inventory, perform cycle counts, and verify records against physical counts at our warehouse. The role involves audits, reporting any discrepancies, and supporting recalls or infestations audits as needed.

The position requires at least 2 years in a warehouse environment, HS diploma or GED, and basic MS Office skills. Ability to work with site SOPs and adhere to safety standards is essential.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Familiar with ISO requirements preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain perpetual inventory of materials and products and generates inventory reports.
• Perform daily cycle count activities and inventory audits and track damaged product; provide reports to leadership.
• Verify clerical records against physical counts and investigate discrepancies.
• May coordinate product recalls, holds/releases, or infestation audits.
• May monitor pest control program at site.
• May draft or revise site SOPs as needed.
